Back to Work Dads

When it is time to hang up your Superman cape and don a suit, we are here to help!

Using our network, national recruiters and contacts within many different industries, we are happy to lend support to one of the hardest jobs in the world....trying to find work OUTSIDE the house while still being INSIDE the house. We realize that the work you are currently doing might be the most demanding, time consuming and emotionally challenging job--but when the decision is made to be a different kind of Superman, the task of changing roles is hard.

Our mission is simply to help forward the message, spread the news, and tell the world that you are ready to change your red cape for a blue suit and letting the world help reward you for the gift you have given your children by giving you the gift of support.

Send us an email HERE with your name, address, and attached resume, and we will work to forward your information to Krypton and back. The method is simply "spreading the news". Often times, finding work happens when a friend makes a call on your behalf.....let this be your next step in reaching out to a friend.

Started by Michael Rabatin, a former SAHD, his mission is one of "paying it forward". Ralph Waldo Emerson, a father of four, talked about this concept of giving back in 1841...and paying it forward is the driver behind our work. Having successfully transitioned from a red cape wearing SAHD with two boys to a working dad, Michael brings 20+ years of professional experience, contacts and wisdom to this process. In most of our lifetime, the first and only time we chose to go to work was when we graduated from college. After our first job, there might have been job changes but they are often circumstantial. When an adult decides to leave the work INSIDE the home for something OUTSIDE the home - their drive, willingness to perform, and wisdom adds to their resume unlike many other candidates.

Let us help you fly...without your CAPE...to the place you deserve to be next. Thanks for all you have done in your work as a Stay-At-Home-Dad...and now is the time for YOU!
